  • Lead, develop, and implement applying behavior analyst principles
  • Mentor, coach, train, and aid BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care
  • Aid in the development of instructional materials
  • Able to create treatment plans and recommendations-based ABC data, FBA, and on initial assessment observations (training available when needed).
  • Writing a Behavior Intervention Plan based on modifying antecedents and consequences (templates and training available).
  • Able to review and audit clinical notes.
  •  

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s Degree
  • BCBA License/Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel
  • Language – Prefer Spanish, but not required
