Shaden Kassar, Ph.D, BCBA, is the Founder and CEO of Autism Care Therapy (ACT), leading the organization’s rapid growth across multiple states with a vision grounded in both clinical expertise and her personal journey as a mother of a child on the autism spectrum.
Under her leadership, ACT has expanded to over +20 clinics and is growing through a scalable franchise model, offering partners the opportunity to deliver high-quality autism services under the ACT brand. ACT is now a trusted provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, and among the first and largest autism clinic networks in Illinois to accept Medicaid.
Shaden continues to drive innovation, expansion, and meaningful impact, empowering children, supporting families, and shaping the future of autism care.
